Job description
Wayland Brewing Company (sister to The Grange Community Kitchen and West Rose) is located in Orchard Park, NY and offers a broad range of thoughtful beers, along with an extensive menu featuring local and seasonal ingredients. With a greenhouse inspired taproom, events hall, full sized bocce court, and 200-person patio; Wayland is intended to be a place where everyone can gather. We’re seeking a driven, experienced, and career-oriented server to join our team!
Server Requirements For Success
- 2 years of serving expierence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
- Basic food knowledge
- A commitment to hospitality and professionalism
- Open and close according to Wayland’s opening and closing procedures

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
