- Camp Directors (21 )
- CIT/ Counselor-in-Training Teen Leadership Director (21 )
- Camp Specialists (art, sports, nature, archery, science)
- Camp Counselors & Senior Camp Counselors
- Extended Day/OST/Afterschool Group Leader Site Coordinators
- Field Trip Camp Staff, a new field trip every day! (18 )

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in recreations, camps, childcare or aquatics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

- CIT/ Counselor-in-Training Teen Leadership Director (21 )

Looking for a leader for our leaders!
Experience with teens ages 13 to 18 (Middle School or High School age) strongly preferred. Experience in a camp setting also preferred.

Our CIT Program:
Our CITs will embark on a two week adventure of exciting and fun activities, but also challenges to develop leadership skills. Each will learn a great deal about the art of managing groups. CITs find this program incredibly rewarding and, if they do it right, a whole lot of fun too.

The Counselor-In-Training Program is designed for motivated Freshmen and Sophomores interested in becoming future counselors and developing leadership skills. CIT’s are partnered with an experienced mentor who will coach, encourage, and teach aspiring counselors how to lead a group of younger campers. Mentors will provide periodic evaluations that will encourage and support each CIT to improve his or her social, supervisory, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
