Qualifications :
- HVAC License and EPA Certification required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability
- Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance, and operational processes and procedures
- Knowledge of building construction and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance for buildings and grounds
- Ability to utilize various computer programs including all Microsoft Office products
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Trade School / Tech School Preferred
