As an Entry Level Account Manager with Waymaker Elite you will play a key role in supporting our client’s needs as well as providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the company, addressing all inquiries and concerns with high quality customer service
- Qualify prospective customers by following up on warm leads, nurturing relationships, and responding to questions in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist in closing sales, opening accounts for new customers, placing orders, requesting deliveries, and scheduling appointments and installations
- Provide ongoing customer service for existing accounts and maintain lasting relationships by troubleshooting all customer issues regarding billing, service issues, and plan pricing
- Identify sales opportunities for company growth by upselling additional products and services with the guidance of Senior Account Managers
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in sales, account management, and/or customer service is a plus
- Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Personable, able to communicate effectively with various groups of people
- A team player able to collaborate with junior as well as senior staff
- Detail oriented and well organized, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
