As a Team Member Trainee, you will be an essential part of our mission to engage with members of the community and drive sales and marketing initiatives that promote our clients brand and services.
Position Overview: The Team Member Trainee role is designed for individuals eager to learn about community outreach, sales, and marketing. You will be trained in the fundamentals of direct sales, customer engagement, and marketing strategies, with a focus on relationship-building within the community. The goal of this position is to equip you with the skills necessary to advance into a full-time team member in a customer-facing, marketing-driven role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in direct sales activities, including engaging with prospective clients, conducting product/service demonstrations, and closing sales.
- Participate in community events, represent the company at outreach programs, and help create positive brand awareness.
- Support marketing efforts by helping to develop, implement, and track promotional campaigns and community-based marketing strategies.
- Gather feedback from customers and community members to provide insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community members, and key stakeholders to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and workshops aimed at developing skills in sales, customer service, and marketing.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to align on sales goals, marketing strategies, and community outreach initiatives.
- Assist in reporting on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and community outreach impact.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in community engagement and customer relations.
- Positive attitude, with a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
