Because of this growth, we’re actively seeking new Customer Support Specialists to join our team! As a Customer Support Specialist with Waymaker Elite, you will learn customer service strategies and sales techniques that will allow you to successfully grow in a customer service or client-facing career.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide prompt, accurate, and comprehensive customer service in response to inquiries
- Respond to all customer concerns via phone, chat, and / or in person visits
- Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions through customer service
- Escalate issues and complaints up the chain of command when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
- Provide guidance to customers based on their service needs and budget requirements
- Gather feedback through customer service and relay information to relevant departments
