About the Role :
As a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) at Waymaker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our clients achieve clarity and confidence in their land projects. This role is essential to our growing team as we aim to help 10,000 landowners by 2035.

What You'll Do :
- Lead surveying projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of accurate and visually appealing maps and exhibits.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and technical team to prioritize deadlines and meet budget goals.
- Communicate proactively with clients, fostering trust and goodwill through timely updates and expert advice.
- Mentor and train team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall success of the team.
- Innovate and refine surveying methods to maintain and enhance Waymaker's trusted standards.
- Occasionally join field crews to ensure accuracy and build client relationships.
