Case Coordinator Assistant *Hybrid (Santa Ana/Irvine)
Dispute Resolution Services Program

P/T - 20 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm.
Responsibilities
Determine appropriateness of cases for mediation.
Provide support for cases referred for mediation.
Assist with supervising the training and evaluation of interns, field study students, and volunteers.
Coordinate personnel and resources as required.
Mediate as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field and 1 year of working experience.
Supervision of volunteers, training, case intake, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance of files.
Completion of DRPA Mediation Training.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Starting Pay Range: $18.59 - $19.52 per hour
