Operations Assistant (CORP)

Corporate Admin., Irvine, P/T- 20 hours (Flexible)

Responsibilities Include

  • Supports daily operations of Waymakers sites.
  • Support staff with basic electronic troubleshooting such as printer errors, monitor issues, and basic IT support involving cell phone usage, computer logins, and access to portals/accounts as needed by position.
  • Coordinate services for plumbing, electrical, roofing, heating and air conditioning, janitorial, pest control, and fire safety for Waymakers sites.
  • Support the Business Manager with maintaining assets inventory through labeling, and updating all asset trackers/databases.

Requirements Include

  • High school diploma, some college preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications (Word and Excel) and the ability to support with basic electronic troubleshooting.
  • Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a multicultural and diverse population.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Starting Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
