We are the fastest-growing insurance agency in the country. Self Employment and betting on yourself the the name of the game! I was gifted with being the 3rd best new agent converter in the country last year. We earn 5 different ways here. Most first-year agents are making between 150-200K their first year while building a residual book of business right form the jump.
I am always looking to grow the team, but it has to be a good fit. We want to work with people that are wanting to challenge themselves to find new levels of their game they never knew they had such as,
- Communication, and vocabulary skill set
- Work stamina, time management
- Creating long-term relationships that come with residual income
