Job Overview:
As an Entry-Level Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients and introducing them to suitable health insurance options. In this role you will act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and optimize their insurance coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients through various channels to discuss and handle insurance needs*
- Sales Presentations: Present health insurance options in a clear and compelling manner addressing client questions and concerns.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Application Assistance: Assist clients in understanding policy details, terms, and conditions, ensuring all required information is accurate and submitted properly.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all client interactions and service delivery processes comply with relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer skills
