Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general office support, encompassing various clerical activities and related tasks. The Community Relations Manager is responsible for managing mail distribution, overseeing correspondence flow, requisitioning supplies, and performing general clerical duties. Additionally, this role involves assisting residents and family members as they arrive at or depart from the facility.
The Community Relations Manager possesses the authority to bind the company in matters pertaining to resident agreements. Furthermore, this individual communicates with family members regarding financial issues, interacts with the external community, and addresses family concerns and resolutions, all while ensuring the completion and maintenance of admission records. Additionally, the Community Relations Manager supervises and oversees the administrative assistants and concierge staff, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Duties
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage social media accounts to promote events, initiatives, and community involvement.
- Oversee budgeting for community programs and events, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Coordinate volunteer management efforts, including recruitment, training, and recognition.
- Conduct research data collection to assess community needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Plan and execute fundraising activities to support community projects.
- Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance partnerships and outreach efforts.
- Create marketing materials that effectively communicate our mission and programs to the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to community programs.
- Experience in volunteer management, including recruitment and training processes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in social media marketing strategies.
- Strategic planning skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
