The Strategic and Corporate Finance team is on a mission : to keep Waymo ahead of the pack through cutting-edge corporate strategy and technology. We share knowledge and partner with like-minded companies, and make other strategic transactions to keep Waymo driving ahead. Before we act, we do incredibly in-depth research into the automotive, fleet operations and technology ecosystems; build advanced financial models; and perform due diligence of all types. We do everything we can to create the best situation for Waymo to succeed.
You will report to our Chief Financial Officer.
You will :
- Guide important corporate decisions by performing complex financial analysis and modeling using financial data and independent / external research
- Partner throughout the company by collaborating with strategy, BD, engineering, legal, business operations, marketing, and finance teams to provide financial oversight and guide strategic financial reviews
- Present comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee our corporate finance responsibilities, including Treasury, investor relations, and execution of equity and debt financing transactions.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
