Auto Repair Shop Manager and Service Writer.
Well established automotive shop is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Service Manager to join our team! We are a place you can establish a career and grow with the organization. As a Service Manager, oversee all day-to-day operations of the Service Department and Sales Department. You will be managing a team of Technicians, and will oversee all business and administrative aspects of the all departments. The Service Manager is also responsible for building a loyal clientele and maintaining good employee relations. We want every single one of our customers to leave satisfied. You must satisfy service concerns of all customers and ensure that service is performed at the highest level. As the Service Manager, you will also be responsible for supervising and monitoring the performance of all service department personnel, as well as providing training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.

Job Responsibilities
Excellent customer skills and sales skills.
Maintain the highest Customer Service by handling customer complaints immediately.
Encourage technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers.
Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses.
Identify problems and opportunities, and implement process improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years automotive shop management experience
Minimum 5 years’ service writing experience
