Salary Range: Service Representative I
Duties: Processing applications for both indirect and direct consumer loans, as well as obtaining credit reports from credit bureaus. Reviewing loan files to ensure all required documents are collected, creating a complete file for closing. Additionally, the position requires preparing and processing declines for both indirect and direct consumer loans, ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations. Effective communication with dealers and branches is essential to resolve any missing documentation and ensure seamless processing.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Moderate typing skills required, moderate to advanced computer skills knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required. Comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents specific to loans preferred.
Experience: Prior loan experience preferred, but not required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 or 4 year degree preferred.
