What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Operations Service Representative position at Wayne Bank?
Salary Grade: Service Representative I or II
Duties: Responsible for answering telephone inquiries, and responds or directs calls to the appropriate service partners in a timely manner. Provides seamless service for any customer request in accordance with established bank standards. For new and existing loans, performs various assigned tasks related to loan account maintenance and document retention. Responsible for booking new loans in coordination with lending personnel. Performs assigned tasks for daily servicing of loans, including escrow, flood tracking and paid loan processing. Performs various clerical processing, including distribution of customer correspondence and processing loan payments; prepares items for mailing; circulates internal documentation, and other duties as assigned.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Moderate typing skills required, moderate to advanced computer skills knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required. Comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents specific to loans preferred.
Experience: Prior loan experience preferred but not required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
