Salary Grade: Service Representative I or II
Duties: Represents the bank in a courteous and professional manner. Provides prompt, efficient, and accurate services to customers. Expands customer base through technical knowledge of retail services, products and selling techniques. Opens a variety of business and consumers deposit accounts after determining the customer’s needs. Performs Teller job functions such as processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, stop payments, cashier checks and money orders and processing account holds. Resolves a variety of customer complaints and inquiries and maintains contact with customers through telephone or written communication as required.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Experience: Prior sales, customer service and cash handling experience required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
