Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate CNC machines, lathes, and stamping presses according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) practices in machining processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and maintain safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment performance.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, including Fanuc systems.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, including lathe operation and stamping press usage.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles for precise machining.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers.
- Knowledge of CAD software for design purposes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
