Position Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Work in a safe manner, recognize and correct shop hazards, and comply with WBI safety requirements
- Serve as a safe and productive member of the Asset Group
Warehouse / Service Center
- Wash rubber mats and position square with doors
- Vacuum runners
- Empty all trash cans – that are not too heavy to lift
- Clean sinks
- Sweep / mop all areas that the ride-on will not reach
- Dust all surfaces as needed
- Dust shelves on the three tool / equipment cages
- Shop break room – clean
- Shop refrigerator – stock soft drinks & clean
- Set up and clean up for meals
- Clean stairs at warehouse
- Clean Conference Room
- Deep clean 1 restroom in the warehouse
- Clean equipment cages – both outside
Office
- Check for dirt on floors, spot cleaning in office area during lunch
- Set up and clean up for meals
- Office refrigerator – stock soft drinks & clean
- Stock kitchen
- Sweep kitchen and clean floor
- Clean windows at the doors
- Clean 4 restrooms – exhaust & refill towels & toilet paper
- Water plants
- Clean stairs at stairwell
- Unload all Staples orders and put away supplies
- Stock office supplies – accounting & operations printer cabinet areas
- Clean fitness room
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned

- Stock office, kitchen & bathroom supplies
Position Requirements
Physical Elements:
- Lifting, carrying or moving up to 25 pounds
- Standing for long periods of time
- Frequent climbing, leaning
- Manual dexterity

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – at all times

Training/Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED – desired
- Valid driver’s license – desired
