Duties:
Provide in-person or telehealth counseling under the Employee Assistance Program model for employees and their household members with issues affecting job-related performance and personal well-being.
Developing comprehensive assessments of employees and their household members' problems that need to be addressed and identifying courses of action.
Recommending the most beneficial and cost-effective referral treatment and counseling resources to employees and their household members.
Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services with a positive and professional approach.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation of cases within our electronic medical records database.
Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team whenever you need assistance.
Qualifications:
Contract Position requires In-person, afternoon hours and ability to see children (under 18). Must be licensed (LCSW, LMFT)
- Master's degree in a field related to mental/behavioral health and licensing in the behavioral health field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
