Family Support/Resource Specialist: Healthy Families Wayne County
Full Time with Benefits: 37.5 hours per week, predominantly weekdays, evenings as needed/weekend events. Hourly rate of $17.51 per hour.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred.
· Experience with families and young children preferred.
· Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn additional web-based data collection systems.
· Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged but not necessary.
Full Job Description:
The Family Support/Resource Specialist (FSS/FRS) will work with families in their home to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum to address the needs of the child. The FSS/FRS is responsible for parent and community partnerships and adhering to the Healthy Families America Best Practice Standards. EXTENSIVE ON THE JOB TRAINING PROVIDED
