DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will independently manage complex clerical projects and tasks. This includes composing and proofreading letters and reports from drafts or source documents, as well as providing related administrative assistance to agency administrators, including mailing, filing, and note-taking for meetings. You will also answer calls, take messages, and offer basic information to assist in consumer registration for programs and events as well as keep track of supplies, donated items, and agency vehicle logs.
Attention to detail is key as your duties will involve handling care management files, including verifying income, requesting medical records, and maintaining databases. Our team will also rely on you to generate surveys, assist with billing procedures for agency providers, and manage conference room calendars. If you have strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining efficiency in a busy office environment, we want you on our team!
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. This position may have overnight travel or out of County travel for meetings or training. May have irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; or
- Completion of a high school business curriculum; or
- Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges and abilities.
