Role Description :

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent / Staff Producer for the Wayne Gunn State Farm Agency, your role is crucial to the day-to-day operations of our business and the success of our customers. You will help expand our agency by cultivating meaningful customer relationships and serving as a bridge between customer needs and our agency’s various departments. Your efforts in proactively marketing relevant products and services will contribute to improving the lives of our customers.

Responsibilities :

Provide Information : Offer detailed information about insurance products and services to potential and current customers.

Assist with Policies : Aid customers in the application process for new policies and the renewal of existing ones.

Customer Inquiries : Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Qualifications :

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience : Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
