Job Description
Position: Life Skill & Crisis Management Provider
General Responsibilities: The Life Skill & Crisis Management Provider will conduct small group activities during 2ndshift at the facility as well as providing crisis management services to residents in a residential setting.
Duties:
- Conduct small group activities with residents during the shift as assigned by the Director of Activities.
- Provide support to residents during times of crisis while on shift in accordance with program outlines and guidelines.
- Observe resident behaviors and submit progress reports to assigned Program Counselor/ Case Managers and shift supervisors, when applicable.
- Perform related tasks in cooperation with the Director of Treatment and in accordance with the requirements of the Provider Policy Manual and the Licensure Unit.
- Attend all training and seminars as needed to increase skills.
- Follow all applicable policies of Hollis Academy.
- participate in the PQI program as requested.
- Demonstrate competence in cultural knowledge, awareness, and sensitivity.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Director of Treatment and Director of Activities.
Qualifications and Experience: The Life Skill & Crisis Management Provider shall have a bachelor’s degree or above in social work, psychology, or a related field. NO FELONY CONVICTIONS.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
