Position: Full-Time Busser

Job Description: As a Full-Time Busser at Wayne Hills Diner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your main responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. You will work closely with our waitstaff and kitchen team to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished their meals.
• Assisting waitstaff in delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Refilling water glasses and ensuring guests have a pleasant and attentive experience.
• Keeping the dining area clean and organized throughout service hours.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to manage the flow of dishes and utensils.
• Providing support to colleagues as needed to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining a tidy dining area.
