We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support the start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities of electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on multiple projects concurrently. Key responsibilities include assisting project managers in gathering, preparing, reviewing, and processing various project documents; processing change proposal takeoff and entry; preparing operations and maintenance manuals for clients at closeout; and tracking all project documents, materials, and processing data entry information for assigned projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as an understanding of construction project cycles. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the construction or electrical industry is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam is a plus.
