Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Operations Specialist to support our electrical construction projects in the southeastern United States.
Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing project documents, tracking project materials, and processing data entry information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction project cycles and be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Assist project managers in gathering and preparing project documents.
- Process change proposals, including time and material changes.
- Develop Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeout.
A degree in a related field or relevant experience is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Bluebeam is an asset. We offer a competitive benefits package and paid time off.
