Wayne Hyundai is looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Service Manager.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Automotive Dealership Service Manager.
Proven record of increasing sales and a strong customer service force.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff. Reynolds and Reynolds experience
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of motivation and energy.

Responsibilities:
- Run an efficient and profitable service department operating at maximum production while controlling costs
- Build a loyal clientele, maintain good employee relationships, set, and obtain sales and profit objectives and maintain service records
- Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Lead in the recruiting, hiring, training, and managing qualified team members.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know,
- Work directly with the Service Director and VP to forecast goals and objectives for the department.
- BASE SALARY WITH COMMISSION AND BONUSES!
- $130,000 TO $200,000 ANNUALLY
