Job Description
Full-Time. Provides receptionist and clerical support services for the day-to-day operation for Urology.
Job Requirements
Requires the ability to communicate effectively; Excellent interpersonal skills; Requires ability to shift between several duties simultaneously and maintain continuity; Must be detail oriented; Prior secretarial/clerical experience or education; computer/word processing and medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Constantly: (Exists 75% or more of the time) Sitting with back support; operating machinery; repetitive desk work
Frequently: (Exists 25-75% of the time) Reaching (overhead, forward, lateral).
Occasionally: (Exists 5- 25% of the time) Standing; walking; reaching (low); climbing; twisting; balance; lifting and carrying 0-5 lbs.; pushing and pulling 0-40 lbs.; exposure to radiation, slippery surfaces.
Rarely: (Exists under 5% of the time) Stooping (bend at waist); crouching (bend at knees); lifting and carrying 5-40 lbs.; exposure to vibration, moving machinery.
Sensory Requirements Visual: close paperwork, VDT used, color vision required, visual monotony; Hearing: telephone, transcription, background noise.
