Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at Wayne Metals LLC. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating production equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all production equipment within the department and consistently meet or exceed production standards.
- Under the direction of the shift manager or instruction of a team leader, assign yourself to run production equipment upon which you have been trained.
- Accurately report production counts and maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area.
- Comply with quality system requirements, defect/error prevention, and waste reduction.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent training or work experience.
- Knowledge of arithmetic and blueprint reading.
- Conform to all environmental policies, programs, and procedures.
