Job Type: Full-time

Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday (3:00pm-1:00am), with overtime on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate production equipment to produce quality products meeting customer specifications.
2. Meet or exceed production standards and expectations, consistently delivering high-quality results.
3. Under the direction of the shift manager or team leader, operate assigned equipment upon which you have been trained.
4. Ensure accurate reporting of production counts.
5. Maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area at all times.
6. Comply with Wayne Metals' quality system requirements, defect/error prevention, and waste reduction initiatives.
7. Be aware of efficient performance and acceptable utilization practices.
8. Follow labor entry procedures closely and report any issues to your team leader/shift manager.

Education and Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent training or work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• A basic knowledge of arithmetic.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading.

Environmental Management Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Wayne Metals' environmental policies, programs, and procedures.
• Comply with State of Indiana laws and regulations.
• Report any environmental concerns to your supervisor, Environmental Management Representative, or Plant Manager.
