- Home insurance
- Life insurance

- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Build Trust with Customers through Reliable Quality service
- Help Agency achieve Growth Goals by focusing on customer needs and providing solutions for customers
- Assist customer inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and text message.
- Money Handling, taking customer payments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field can help boost starting base salary.
- Detail oriented with strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and follow up for Quality control and Excellent customer service delivery
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
