Are you an experienced technician looking for a fresh challenge? Our commercial garage door technician position might be perfect for you! You will be in charge of installing commercial garage doors in commercial buildings, in addition to training other technicians.
Our technicians work on renovations, new installations, and repairs, so every day is a little bit different. You will interact with customers and represent our company every day in all of our service areas, so you need to be able to deliver excellent service.
You must be proficient with power tools and have a fundamental knowledge of how electrical systems operate in order to perform this job.

Responsibilities :
- Be on time for all appointments, and put forth your best effort to satisfy customers
- Accurately measure openings for installation and site checks for bigger jobs
- Use software to take notes, create quotes, and send invoices
- Participate in company meetings and adhere to company procedures
- Complete a thorough inspection, make a precise diagnosis of any problems with the present system, and give the customer their options
Qualifications :
- You must have excellent customer service skills for this position
- Effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills are necessary
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
- Skills in math and the ability to solve problems are required, as is the ability to use a measuring tape
- Must have 1-2 years of experience working for a garage door company
