We are looking to fill a full time Engineering Manager position with a manufacturer located in a community outside of Detroit, MI in the Flat Rock, Trenton, Wyandotte area. If you have the education, experience and background as shown below, please send your resume for consideration.
Salary Range : $150k to $200k PLUS full relocation.
MUST HAVES :
- 7-10 years as Engineering Manager or Engineering Supervisor or other similar role.
- Direct experience working with impression die hot forging is required to apply.
College degree NOT required in leu of required experience
Duties / Responsibilities :
Essential Functions :
Provide decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, and reporting technical data. Technical leader with capability to plan, organize, and direct projects in a professional and logical manner. Ensure first-time quality of new tooling designs and continuous improvement of existing tooling.
Education Requirements :
BS of Engineering or experiential equivalent.
Experience Requirements :
7-10 years experience working in a similar role. Direct experience working with impression die hot forging required.
Skill Requirements :
Software skills : 3-dimensional CAD, Microsoft Office. Experience with toolpath, flow-simulation “Deform”, and surfacing software a plus.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
