Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of equipment and a strong understanding of construction site operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks to perform various tasks on construction sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others on the site.
- Assist in digging operations as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid damage to existing structures or utilities.
Skills
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery and other heavy equipment commonly used in construction.
- Grading, clearing, and pad knowledge preferred.
- Ability to use time wisely, knowledge of plans, and laser technology
- Knowledge of loader operation, bulldozing techniques, and scraping.
- Familiarity with construction site practices and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards while operating heavy machinery.

Pay: $800.00 - $920.00 per week
