PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for stacking boxes of product on pallets along. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Primarily responsible for stacking boxes of product on pallets along. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Picks up 40 to 70 pound boxes of product, and stacks on pallets
- Must replace pallets on floor that have been moved.
- Pallets are brought in by pallet jack operators
- Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers
- Do all tasks assigned by members of management
- Perform all duties in compliance with Company policies and procedures, agency guidelines (i.e. NCC Animal Welfare, U.S.D.A, etc.) and Federal, State and local legal requirements
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e. non-slip footwear, earplugs, hair and beard nets, hardhats, etc.) correctly at all times in areas requiring PPE helping to promote a zero accident culture
- Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous poultry experience preferred
- Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
- Wear required protective equipment in all areas where mandatory
- Stand up to 8 hours.
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Exposure to wet and cold environment
- Will be exposed to noise of > 85 decibels, CO2 and moving production equipment
- Work around raw, live animal odors
Salary : $18 - $1,500
