About the Role
As a 2nd shift HR Supervisor at Wayne-Sanderson Farms, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and supporting our supervisors with coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities in the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and local laws.
- Guide supervisors on performance management, corrective actions, and employee relations.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts for salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- At least two (2) years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, or benefits.
- At least one (1) year of leadership experience, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
