Job Summary:
Are you a culinary expert with a passion for product innovation? Join our Research & Development team as an R&D Chef – Product Development & Innovation and help shape the future of poultry products. From concept to commercialization, you’ll play a key role in crafting flavorful, high-quality food solutions for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop gold standard recipes and translate them into process-capable formulations.
- Lead customer-facing presentations and product showcases.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative poultry products to market.
- Assist with pilot and full-scale production runs, ensuring seamless commercialization.
- Stay ahead of emerging food trends, ingredient innovations, and consumer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and labeling requirements.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- 5 years in product development, with hands-on experience in commercial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong knowledge of food processing, ingredient functionality, and culinary trends.
- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for food innovation and a desire to deliver top-tier poultry products to the market.
