Essential functions (job duties):
Provides high-level project and process management support for Enrollment Management projects and initiatives in support of all aspects of the unit’s strategic plan. Utilizes a broad range of internal consulting skills including process-flow diagramming, data analysis, program/project management, database management, benchmarking and analysis, document/power point preparation, small group facilitation, synthesis & recommendation development and presentations to various audiences. Works to provide support relative to project management and/or continuous improvement initiatives aligned with unit priorities. This position reports to the Vice Provost Enrollment Management.
Essential Functions

- Provides high-level project and process management support for Enrollment Management projects and initiatives in support of all aspects of the strategic plan.
- Utilizes a broad range of internal consulting skills including process-flow diagramming, data analysis, program/project management, database management, benchmarking and analysis, document/power point preparation, small group facilitation, synthesis & recommendation development and presentations to various audiences. Works to provide support relative to project management and/or continuous improvement initiatives aligned with unit priorities. This position reports to the Vice Provost of Enrollment Management.
- Provides functional project support to areas in transition, collects and analyzes data and prepares project materials and various reports; Performs needs and outcomes assessments.
- Works with internal and external groups assuring requirements, reports, surveys and program/project/client intervention agreements; provides project management, facilitation and documentation support in a timely and effective basis to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provides direct lead support administering technical and operational projects, undertakings and initiatives; works with project and technical leads; develops detailed plans and schedules for the scope of the project; responds to requests to produce presentations and infographics to communicate progress on assignments.
- Facilitates the tracking of milestones and completion of tasks and follows up on outstanding matters, using project management tools and prepares summary reports for leadership. Supports the development of dashboards and tools to measure performance. Provide a mechanism for project participants to easily update project status.
- Facilitates the tracking, maintenance and reporting of project budget and expenditures to ensure accuracy in reporting. Assists with the development of short and long-range strategic plans. Prepares projections or forecasts of expenses in comparison to budget categories/line items for review by project leadership. Facilitates the procurement of purchasing process for the program/project.
- Coordinates efforts between departments within Enrollment Management and between units across campus and external parties.
- Works with leaders and consultants to create facilitation materials, develops support materials for various programs, and supports activities related to process improvement initiatives. Participates in planning implementation tasks including training and workshop sessions. Designs, develops and implements organizational assessments, questionnaires and surveys utilizing software and various databases.
- Creates communication plans that detail how and when information will be shared with clients, stakeholders and team members.
- Track, monitor and follow progress of projects, action items and strategies that emanate from the Vice Provost of Enrollment Management to assure deadlines, outcomes, and reporting needs are met for wide projects.
- Attend (and represent the Vice Provost of Enrollment Management) project meetings, monitor action items and commitments, and initiate subsequent follow-up meetings and communication for key stakeholders.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change; manage transitions effectively from task to task; adapt to varying University needs.
- Performs market and benchmarking analysis, synthesizes information and assists with the development of recommendations for leadership. Act as the representative and ambassador to external constituents as directed. Assist in the development of program and project related materials, website information and related publicity materials. Support the oversight of continuous quality improvement programs and initiatives, gathering data for benchmarking.

Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Education, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience Intermediate (3 to 4 years job-related experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management within an educational context.
- Project management (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of education policies, practices, and curricula.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in an educational environment.
- Technical expertise and experience in Project management software, Content management systems, and Online survey development.
- Extensive technical expertise and experience in document preparation software (e.g. Word), Presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint), spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel), browsers, email, communication software (e.g. skype).
