Wayne Subaru is looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead our accounting office. Minimum 3 years experience in this position a must. Will only consider someone with automotive background and is able to hire, train, and supervise office personnel. Wayne Subaru is a family owned dealership in business since 1977.

- Prepares a complete financial statement according to manufacturer's format and timeline.
- Closes month by processing accounting month-end.
- Hires, trains and supervises office personnel.
- Organizes office operations and procedures.
- Controls all posted documents, journals, schedules.
- Reconciles accounts monthly.
- Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty, rebates, co-op and parts statement are current and accurate.
- Prepares payroll, posts payroll and maintains payroll records.
- Prepares tax reports, tax deposits, sales tax deposits.
- Inventory, floor plan and pay-offs.
- Other tasks.
