Job Title: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
- Demonstrate and explain merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
- Answer customer inquiries about merchandise.
- Assist customers with purchase decisions.
- Retrieve samples, documents, and files related to tile selections.
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Collect payment using the store point-of-sale system.
- Schedule material delivery when necessary.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of tile installation systems and methods.
- Assist in maintaining an orderly showroom.
- Follow up on open orders and keep Portal up to date.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold.
- Ability to anticipate customers' needs.

Compensation:
