What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Support Assistant - Construction position at Waynesboro Construction?
As an administrative assistant, you will be an integral part in a local, well established Construction company. The ideal candidate has experience in the Construction Industry and is capable of performing the following duties:
- Answer Phone calls for office personnel
- Greet, Announce, Disperse Visitors
- Work and help other staff with Computer Hardware and Software: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe Pro
- Prepare and Maintain Project Contact Lists
- Prepare Subcontract Agreement Attachments and Exhibits
- Prepare Purchase Orders from Information Provided
- Electronic Filing and Document Management - Keep files and records up to date
- Assist Estimating Staff with making phone calls and tracking bid and proposal status
- Prepare and order bid forms, bonds, Insurance, etc
- Help with preparation of proposals, and pre-qualification packages
- Maintain & Order Office Supplies
- Pick-up and send out daily mail and UPS/Fed Ex packages
- Miscellaneous Duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
