Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in performing all secretarial and clerical duties pertaining to the administrative functions of the school office.
- Receive and route all incoming telephone calls; provide responses to public inquiries.
- Create a courteous and professional office environment.
- Talk with students encountering problems and resolve or direct to appropriate school employee.
- Communicate pertinent information to students, staff, parents, and community as directed by the building administrator.
- Maintain calendar of school events.
