Overview:
The Waynesboro Redevelopment and Housing Authority is seeking a skilled Community Development and Grant Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the grant application process, to include but not limited to: identifying funding opportunities, writing grant proposals, grant management, and submitting reports.
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong technical writing skills for creating detailed reports and documents
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis, detailed oriented and well organized
- Proficient in contract management and procurement processes
- Experienced in interpreting and analyzing Federal, State and Local regulations, in relation to grant requirements
- Ability to work independently and with a team to ensure proposals align with the Authority's goals, objectives and strategic plan
- Ability to work with various administrative systems efficiently
