Waynflete seeks a creative and engaging part-time Science and Math teacher to begin in August for the 2025–2026 school year. Responsibilities will include teaching several Upper School classes in both the Math Department and the Science Department. The total number of classes could range from 2 to 5 classes across both departments. There is potential for this to become a full-time position, depending on final class coverage needs.

This is a flexible position that could work for a variety of candidates. Experience teaching Math, Chemistry, Physics, and/or Environmental Science along with a masters degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, though a teacher with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with strong teaching skills will also be considered. We seek applicants who are passionate about math and science, use innovative teaching practices, and engage with students and colleagues in a collaborative spirit.
