What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Waypoint Analytical?
National environmental laboratory seeking a QA Supervisor to join our team. The QA Supervisor responsibilities would involve coordinating all QA tasks locally in Memphis, TN as well as provide QA support for all other laboratories located throughout the nation.
Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills, with a strong computer aptitude.
Average writing skills.
Able to work independently and assertive.
Able to take instructions and maintain predetermined schedules.
Able to manage and work with others in same department.
Able to perform independent audits as directed.
Able to work with vendors in light of laboratory needs.
Able to work with other intra-laboratory supervisors in meeting QA objectives.
Able to interface with personnel from other subsidiary laboratories.
A background in science is helpful but not required.
Able to move drums with dolly for staging.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
