Waypoint Detailed Delivery started as a small business in Wisconsin but has grown rapidly to be a national leader in the industry. As a specialized logistics company providing Transportation services, we work in partnership with various laboratories to help ensure product safety and integrity through precise sample collection and delivery practices. Logisitics Support specialist is a key component to the success of our day-to-day operations.
Full Time Hours Available:
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Part Time Hours Available:
- 4:00pm-9pm- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday,
- 7am-1pm - Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Monitor route drivers that are operating across the country
- Transfer routes electronically onto driver's smartphones through our Logistics software system.
- Review photos taken by Field Representatives as part of their SOP, to ensure procedures are being followed
- Data entry into our Logistics Software
- Communicate with Field Representatives
- Work with management and logistic teams
Qualifications:
- Logistical, Dispatch, and/or Scheduling experience preferred
- Administrative experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems
- Pass background and drive check
Must be 21
