Waypoint Detailed Delivery is seeking a ON SITE SUPERVISOR to help manage our Langhorne hub location in Pennsylvania
Reports to : Regional Manager
Supervises : Assigned location staff.
Full Time hourly position $17.00

Primary Responsibilities :
Manage route drivers at our Langhorne locations
Drive assigned routes.
Manage route coverage and fill in when necessary to ensure customer pickups are fulfilled.
Create staff schedules; rearrange staffing when necessary
Act as primary liaison to site location
1st point of communication for all situations regarding remote site locations
Ambassador for the Waypoint brand
Educate staff on proper policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee hiring with Human Resources Manager
Complete any daily data entry in Waypoint software and client software (if applicable)
Assign routes / orders to drivers
Assist to create any SOP documents related to the account and enforce them when in place
Update, implement, and communicate procedural changes as needed
Investigate incidents and convey findings to South Regional Manager for final resolution and report
Maintain confidentiality at all times. This includes company, client, and client customer / patient confidentiality
OTHER
Manage local vehicle maintenance program
Work with Regional Manager to rotate vehicles when / as necessary
Report incident immediately to the Regional Manager and Chief Operational Officer
Coordinate towing and or vehicle / driver retrieval in the case of a breakdown or accident
Communicate with logistics staff regarding operational impact of any emergency incident
Oversee staff ride - along and / or audits
Any assigned duties which advance and grow the mission of the company through detailed work, diligent efforts and a positive and energetic attitude
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Satisfactory driving record
Valid driver's license
Previous experience with routing and logistics preferred
Previous supervisor experience required
Clean criminal background
Capable of working independently
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to read and follow detailed, specific instructions and / or exercise good judgment by asking questions
Ability to review facts, make appropriate decisions and convey correct and detailed information to staff and management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to drive in all types of weather, including occasionally inclement weather (wind, rain, snow). Additional considerations and determinations are made based on each situation.
Safely drive for extended periods of time
Walk, sit, stand, reach, bend, as necessary
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without injury or accident
TRAVEL
Routine travel within localized (hub) delivery areas. Occasional travel to other areas as needed
