QIDP for Residential Habilitation
Waypoint is a business dedicated to high quality care and increased independence of our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated QIDP to lead our Res Hab program moving forward. We serve clients throughout the Treasure Valley, primarily in Nampa and Caldwell. We are hoping to find a candidate ready to help our program grow!
Specific Duties:
- Develop treatment plans for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Supervise, train, and manage Direct Service Staff.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with participant's families, physicians, and officials regarding therapeutic interventions of each individual assigned to the caseload.
- Maintain Medical Administration Records
- Auditing weekly paperwork regarding assigned caseload and verification of accuracy.
- Evaluate the progress of each individual participant and implement new interventions as necessary to meet the individual's needs based on current skill level.
- Understand, implement, and follow rules set forth by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
- Monitor staff and ensure all policies and procedures are being followed as per the agency and the law.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field
- 1 year of experience.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- First Aid/CPR.
- Medication Administration Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
