The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing true project management, implementing cost/schedule/performance measuring and monitoring, with a desirable background in Space/Power/Cooling.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of true project management principles, ensuring effective planning, execution, and control of projects related to Data Center hosting and Airflow Utilization Efficiency (AUE).
- Implement robust systems for measuring and monitoring cost, schedule, and performance metrics. Ensure projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Leverage background knowledge in Space/Power/Cooling to contribute to efficient and sustainable hosting solutions. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing resource utilization.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 6 to achieve project milestones. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Identify potential risks associated with hosting services and AUE projects. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field.
- Proven experience in true project management with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Understanding of cost/schedule/performance measuring and monitoring methodologies.
- Background knowledge in Space/Power/Cooling is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
